This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
We had to do a lot of moving in narrow hallways and on a lot of stairs in our condo move and they made it through just fine. All the boxes and contents were found in good order. Bravo!
Our high school band instruments filled half the truck: tubas, clarinets, drums, and stands. John kept track of everything. The crew carried each case gently. That night, students played without missing a beat.
James arranged movers for my parents’ house. They had a heavy dresser, fragile lamps, and plenty of boxes. The guys worked patiently and made sure nothing got damaged on the way out. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I only needed a fridge and a washer to be moved. The guys showed up right on time and were done in 40 minutes. They were fast and affordable. I’ll use them again for sure.
