The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
We had to do a lot of moving in narrow hallways and on a lot of stairs in our condo move and they made it through just fine. All the boxes and contents were found in good order. Bravo!
I packed up and moved my entire kitchen setup, including lots of dishes, appliances, and glassware. I was sure something would break, but every single item made it in one piece. I watched them wrap things with care, and they loaded the truck with real strategy. It was honestly the best move I’ve had when it came to fragile items. I felt like my stuff mattered to them.
There were quite a few large items that we didn't know would get through the door of our new house. The movers took the time to do the necessary measurements and calculations to figure out the most efficient way to get everything into the house. They were patient and would not push anything through the door. We were very pleased to receive all our furniture without any damage.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!

In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
I'm so thankful to John and the team for managing my state-to-state relocation. They communicated well, stayed professional, and delivered safely. It's rare to find movers who work this hard while keeping such a positive attitude.
