The good thing about the experience was the customer service. Whenever I asked a question, I got an answer and not being bounced from one person to another. The crew that was moving was also very professional and approachable. The whole process was much easier thanks to good communication.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
We had to do a lot of moving in narrow hallways and on a lot of stairs in our condo move and they made it through just fine. All the boxes and contents were found in good order. Bravo!

The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
