I have never experienced such excellent service in all my moves. Everyone in the group worked together efficiently and expertly. Without damaging a single item, they carefully handled all of my belongings. Some last-minute items needed packing, and they even helped. I really recommend their services because of how smoothly everything went.
We had to do a lot of moving in narrow hallways and on a lot of stairs in our condo move and they made it through just fine. All the boxes and contents were found in good order. Bravo!
I had no qualms about employing this moving firm for my own home move after using their commercial services for two office moves. They arrived as scheduled, and all of the movers were professional, kind, and careful with my belongings. Nothing was too tiny or irrelevant for them to handle, and everything was completed in more than a reasonable amount of time. When my mother moves in a few months, she will use the service, as did my brother and I. Strongly Encouraged!
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
Andrew and team did a fantastic job today of moving my aunt and uncle. They responded quickly, solved problems effectively, and presented themselves professionally. As a real estate agent, I have witnessed careless movers. They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
We appreciate Jack and his team’s excellent moving assistance. I relocated to a house with narrow stairs from a small space, and Thomas secured everything as a leader. They moved in less than six hours. I didn't mention the two cartons, but they also helped me to move them. They made everything simple and were friendly.
There were quite a few large items that we didn't know would get through the door of our new house. The movers took the time to do the necessary measurements and calculations to figure out the most efficient way to get everything into the house. They were patient and would not push anything through the door. We were very pleased to receive all our furniture without any damage.
