This team turned a hectic day into a smooth move. Everything was organized so neatly as they packed and loaded it. Their certainty and knowledge were very reassuring.
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
Our split-level home was a maze of steps and hallways, and I worried about scuffs on the freshly painted walls. The crew brought along these tall cardboard sheets that they taped along each corner to protect both furniture and paint. They used furniture gliders under heavy items, so they could slide them across the floor without straining their backs or scraping anything. I could tell they’d done this hundreds of times because they moved confidently but gently. Zero scratches, zero chipped paint—mission accomplished.
There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
th quality is rare, but this company did it perfectly. They didn’t rush and took good care of all my personal items. I was very happy when everything was delivered in good shape.
The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
