I moved into a ground-floor apartment, but the catch was a super long walkway with no direct truck access. I was worried that would be a problem, but the movers didn't seem fazed. They set up a system and just powered through it. I expected at least one thing to get damaged, but everything arrived clean.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
There were quite a few large items that we didn't know would get through the door of our new house. The movers took the time to do the necessary measurements and calculations to figure out the most efficient way to get everything into the house. They were patient and would not push anything through the door. We were very pleased to receive all our furniture without any damage.

The timing was tight because construction ran late, and the team worked with us to shift the date without any stress. When moving day came, they were fast, organized, and super respectful of the new flooring and walls. It was a smooth move.

They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
