This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
The entire moving experience exceeded my expectations. The crew arrived fully prepared, packed everything securely, and made sure nothing was left behind. They completed the move efficiently while treating all of my belongings with genuine care. I would definitely choose them again in the future.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!

There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
From start to finish, the service was excellent. The crew communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and handled every item with great attention. It was a wonderful experience.
The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
