This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
Getting the attention from a company that actually called me back and followed through was a breath of fresh air. They Took great care off My items. Service was well professionalized.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
Their staff is the most prompt, courteous and complete I've ever had the pleasure of working with!!!
We were relocating from our small apartment to our larger home and were very happy with the movers working efficiently. Did not complain about the amount of boxes we had and were careful of furniture. The unloading was as well co-ordinated as the loading.
The delivery schedule was pushed back considerably, making the moving day more inconvenient. There was not much information about when the belongings would arrive. This made it difficult to coordinate other plans. Better scheduling and communication would have helped.
