None of the moving companies I've used in the past have been as good as this one. These movers were kind, punctual, and clearly concerned about doing the work correctly. They took their time packing and didn't rush through the day. The best move I've ever made, without a doubt!
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
Absolutely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, this company was dishonest, unprofessional, and careless. They lied to us about the price and services, and we ended up paying over $10,000—much more than the original quote. We were promised that all furniture would be reassembled upon delivery, but nothing was put together. The movers dropped everything off and left—no assembly, no help. To make matters worse, several of our items arrived damaged, with no accountability or support from the company. Customer service is virtually nonexistent—most of our calls and emails were ignored. When we did manage to speak to someone, they couldn’t even tell us where our belongings were for days. It took 12 days to get our stuff from Indiana to Colorado, even though we were told it would be much quicker. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They caused us weeks of stress, unexpected costs, and damage to our belongings—and showed zero concern for any of it.
We had to do a lot of moving in narrow hallways and on a lot of stairs in our condo move and they made it through just fine. All the boxes and contents were found in good order. Bravo!
I was terrified when I had to transport fragile antique furniture that had been in my family for many generations. When I hired movers, they were extremely diligent, wrapping everything with care and ensuring everything was securely fastened in the vehicle. Everything arrived in one piece! I truly appreciate it!
There were a number of mirrors, framed pictures and glass objects that I had concerns about. The crew carefully wrapped up the fragile parts and ensured that they were secure in the truck. No damage to anything occurred during the transfer. We felt the service was worth our while for that alone.
The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
Although the job took longer than expected, the moving crew was very polite. I was a bit irritated that I had to pay extra because they took longer than anticipated. But the fact that it arrived in one piece more than made up for the trouble.
