The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
After a long-distance move, I was exhausted when the truck arrived. But their unloading crew was so energetic and positive. They kept the mood light and asked me where I wanted each box as they brought them in. Their cheerful attitude gave me a second wind.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
In the past decade we have had to move 5 times due to work, and this was by far the greatest moving company we have ever used. Clean trucks, professional uniforms and perfect execution.
I specifically want to mention one of the guys who was just awesome. He was clearly the lead and kept the whole process simple. He even double-checked with me about where I wanted a specific cabinet. That extra attention meant a lot. The whole team was solid, but he was a standout.
This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
There were quite a few large items that we didn't know would get through the door of our new house. The movers took the time to do the necessary measurements and calculations to figure out the most efficient way to get everything into the house. They were patient and would not push anything through the door. We were very pleased to receive all our furniture without any damage.
The movers arrived early and worked efficiently. They followed my directions about where each item should go and completed the task without delays. I liked their professional behavior throughout the day. All the things stayed intact after unloading.
