Moving company in Escondido, CA
Really nice guys, efficient movers, and not one thing broke. AmericaM Movers did a great job and would use again.
I hired this company thinking they would make my move easier, but it turned into a nightmare. They showed up almost three hours late without any apology, and it felt like they didn’t care. The movers were rough with my belongings, and I could hear them banging boxes against walls. My brand-new hardwood floors got deep scratches from them dragging furniture without any padding. To top it off, one of my favorite lamps was completely shattered, and they refused to compensate me, saying it was a risk of moving. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I have used American movers direct three times and they are always extremely easy and professional to work with. They call a couple days prior to the move to confirm the arrival time and to see if there are any changes to your inventory. The day of a move can be very hectic, so I really appreciate the text/call when they are 30 minutes out. They have taken great care of our belongings and I am always so surprised how quickly they load-up and un-load between the two destinations. Highly recommend them any time
The movers were efficient, courteous, punctual, and pleasant. They even took apart and reassembled my furniture, saving me work hours. They did an outstanding job, and I am thoroughly impressed. The front office staff was also courteous and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
Moving to LA wasn't very difficult. The team was diligent and on time. Before leaving, they checked to ensure everything was in order and whether I was satisfied. They were excellent, careful and quick.
Moving from WA to TX was made much easier thanks to the help of this moving company and their team of movers. John and Nelson were both fantastic, working quickly and efficiently to get all my furniture and boxes packed up and loaded onto the truck. They did their best to work around the issues and still managed to get everything done on time.
Camano is super helpful, kind and professional. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient, thorough and polite. This was the best moving experience I've ever had and will definitely plan to hire them again for future needs.
This team made my move so much easier than I anticipated. The team was courteous, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely use them again in the future and I want you guys to use them too and I promise you wont regret your decision!
Loved the movers who showed up. They are very professional. My goods were delivered in best possible condition. I received timely updates. Above all, the manager helped me throughout the process. With his involvement, everything was fine. His availability, timely advices/inputs, everything helped. Excellent!
Team members was excellent! They were transparent and accurate with their pricing, and were timely with everything! The movers were professional and efficient. I greatly appreciated how they took care in wrapping my items and made sure not to scuff walls when moving. Would definitely hire them for my next move!
