Andrew is the best, my name is Yuji. I am the storage unit holder in Pasadena. When I needed some advice, I called corporate office a young man named Andrew was so attentive and professional.
Renting from this place has been a nightmare. On top of things not working, no staff at this location, and them almost doubling my rent, these super generous people want to charge me $130 for a full month because I was there on the first of the month cleaning out my unit.
Since Simply Storage became Public Storage, I've discovered that the company has started increasing my rent every four months without any explanation. My local manager informed me that corporate office is in charge of rate increases. So I called corporate office and there is no one to talk with about my concern. This is terrible way to do business. I will be looking for another storage company in my area.
