Read More Absolutely do not use this company for your move - you will have nothing but regrets - they will give you a low estimate that is correct to what you tell them and then the day of your move your price will sky rocket in price - repeat, do not use this company you will be frustrated and out a TON of money

Read More Booked them for an interstate move and they refused to give my deposit back for services they DID NOT PROVIDE. Called politely to their compliance to plead and they refused to let me speak to management and HUNG UP ON ME. Filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and i NEVER file complaints or reviews but just don't want anyone else to get swindled by them.

Read More SCAM BUSINESS! 0 stars. Allied Relocation Services/American Heritage Moving Solutions is a fraudulent business. I originally spoke with a sales rep who quoted me a price and quickly scheduled my long distance move. He convinced me that the easiest, fastest, and most cost effective way to make the deposit (which was ~45% of the total cost quoted) was to write an e-check. This should have been an immediate red flag, but the sales rep reassured me that everything was fine. Allied Relocation/American Heritage apparently outsources their moves, which was not explained to me over the phone. Therefore, I never knew who I was speaking to and who to reach out to for support or questions. Long story short (after several months), they never picked up my things and refuse to refund me my deposit. In the RARE event I actually get someone on the phone they are rude, condescending, and place blame on the customer. This is a completely unethical business. I'm under the impression they switch business names to continue their scam.
