I relocated from a 3-bedroom home in Ocala to a bigger house in Belleview. America First Moving was on time, packed everything properly, and made the entire process smooth. No issues, no delays, and very friendly movers. Easily the most stress-free move I’ve had.
We moved right before Christmas from Knoxville, Tennessee to Fort Collins, Colorado for my new engineering role. America First Moving stayed on schedule despite winter weather and holiday traffic. They even helped wrap a few fragile decorations we forgot to pack.
All of my belongings were wrapped in bubble paper and perfectly taken care of. Very dedicated moving services.
As a military family, we’ve moved several times, but America First Moving made this one the easiest yet. From Pensacola, Florida to Virginia Beach, Virginia, their crew handled everything with precision and respect. We were genuinely impressed.

This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.

Packing was done thoughtfully, and delivery arrived exactly when expected. Everything was placed where I asked, which saved a lot of time.

Let me start off by saying we absolutely couldn't ask for a better less stressful service me and my wife didn't know how we were going to make this happen America first moving were very professional and understanding I assure you we had a million questions lol thanks guys we highly recommend them
