My experience with America First Moving was better than i expected. I've used Moving companies before, in the past and I've always ended up with a broken item or something missing upon delivery or movers who weren't careful loading from truck into my home. That wasn't the case with America First Moving. First, i received a quote that was lower than over 90% of other companies I've contacted for the same job. Next i was connected with a move coordinator who let me know what to expect step-by-step. Once the formalities were complete, the movers the company sent carefully and quickly packaged and loaded all items into the truck. I was moving to Florida from Vermont and i received real time updates of the drivers progress/ location, which made me feel secure during the traveling process. The driver arrived on time, my items were unloaded by their movers and they even helped me assemble a few tables and furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move from A-B with no problems or worries.
I relocated from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Fort Collins, Colorado for a new opportunity. America First Moving kept the process predictable and well managed. The team was courteous, efficient, and delivered everything right within the expected timeframe.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
I recently relocated from my 1-bedroom apartment in Coral Springs to a condo in Pompano Beach, and America First Moving made it completely hassle-free. They packed everything with care, moved quickly, and were extremely professional. A very smooth experience overall!
After a few years in Denver, we decided to move back to Charlotte, NC to be closer to our parents. With two kids and a house full of heavy furniture, we were nervous about the process, but America First Moving made it smooth. They packed the kids’ rooms with special care and even helped us reassemble the bunk beds on arrival.
Tengis and Brandon were terrific!! Smooth delivery and everything delivered with care. Great communication, they called the day before delivery to let me know of approximate arrival time, then again the morning of and one hour prior to arrival. Highly recommended!!
