This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.

We moved our five bedroom home from Southlake, Texas to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. America First Moving managed the logistics well and took extra steps to protect our furniture and fragile items. For a move this size, the process felt surprisingly calm and organized.
I relocated from Syracuse, NY to Orlando, FL and America First Moving handled everything with great care. The crew arrived on time, wrapped all of my furniture securely, and stayed organized throughout the entire process. Delivery was completed within the expected timeframe and nothing was damaged.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.

America First Moving sent a well-prepared crew that worked efficiently while still being careful. Every box arrived intact, and the unloading process was organized and calm. They made a big move feel manageable.
I moved from Fresno, CA to Denver, CO and was impressed with how organized the entire move was. The movers handled my belongings carefully, especially my glass table and bedroom furniture, and everything arrived right on schedule.

America First Moving did a wonderful job with my move from Palm Beach, FL to Boston, MA. It was a 3-bedroom condo, and I was especially worried about my fragile glass dining table, but they wrapped it with multiple layers and it arrived in perfect condition. Great communication and on-time delivery.
