We moved from Hartford, CT to Raleigh, NC and the crew handled the relocation smoothly. The entire process felt organized and delivery was completed without any issues.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
I had to relocate from Sarasota, FL to Seattle, WA for work, and honestly, I was dreading the move. It was a huge 5-bedroom house with tons of fragile artwork. America First Moving wrapped each painting individually and even built custom crates for a few pieces. Everything showed up flawless.

That wasn't the case with America First Moving. First, i received a quote that was lower than over 90% of other companies I've contacted for the same job. Next i was connected with a move coordinator who let me know what to expect step-by-step. Once the formalities were complete, the movers the company sent carefully and quickly packaged and loaded all items into the truck. I was moving to Florida from Vermont and i received real time updates of the drivers progress/ location, which made me feel secure during the traveling process. The driver arrived on time, my items were unloaded by their movers and they even helped me assemble a few tables and furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move from A-B with no problems or worries.
