Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Chicago, IL was a huge change for me and my partner, but America First Moving made it simple. They showed up on time, wrapped everything carefully, and stayed in touch throughout the cross-country trip.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
All of my belongings were wrapped in bubble paper and perfectly taken care of. Very dedicated moving services.
