America First Moving handled everything like clockwork. The movers were respectful, organized, and careful with our boxes of textbooks and equipment. The final bill matched the estimate, which we appreciated.
Moving from Fort Myers, FL to Houston, TX was no small task, but America First Moving made it simple. My 5-bedroom family home had gym equipment, outdoor furniture, and tons of kitchenware. The team was patient, efficient, and very respectful of my belongings. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.

They were upfront about pricing, showed up early, and delivered exactly on schedule. Our furniture and electronics made it without a single scratch.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.
