Moving from Sarasota to Louisville, KY felt overwhelming until I hired America First Moving. They were super friendly, very efficient, and managed to deliver two days ahead of schedule. Great pricing and zero issues along the way.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
I relocated from a 3-bedroom home in Ocala to a bigger house in Belleview. America First Moving was on time, packed everything properly, and made the entire process smooth. No issues, no delays, and very friendly movers. Easily the most stress-free move I’ve had.

I moved from Fresno, CA to Denver, CO and was impressed with how organized the entire move was. The movers handled my belongings carefully, especially my glass table and bedroom furniture, and everything arrived right on schedule.
We relocated from Indianapolis, IN to Tampa, FL and America First Moving kept us informed at every stage. Pickup was punctual and delivery was completed within the expected timeframe.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
After a few years in Denver, we decided to move back to Charlotte, NC to be closer to our parents. With two kids and a house full of heavy furniture, we were nervous about the process, but America First Moving made it smooth. They packed the kids’ rooms with special care and even helped us reassemble the bunk beds on arrival.
After retiring, my husband and I decided to leave Atlanta, GA for Daytona Beach, FL. America First Moving took great care of our furniture and keepsakes. They even reassembled our bed frames for us upon arrival. Outstanding service and fair pricing.
