After 10 years in Jacksonville, we finally made the move to San Diego, CA. Safe Travels Moving and Storage was incredible — they wrapped every piece carefully and gave constant updates during the drive. It’s rare to find a company this reliable for such a long haul.
I had to relocate from Orlando to Richmond, VA with very little notice, and America First Moving really came through. The crew worked quickly but carefully, and they stayed in contact while my items were in transit. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
All of my belongings were wrapped in bubble paper and perfectly taken care of. Very dedicated moving services.
I recently moved from my 1-bedroom apartment in Clearwater to a condo in St. Petersburg and America First Moving made the entire process so easy. They arrived right on time, packed my fragile kitchenware and artwork with care, and handled my furniture without a single scratch. The movers were professional, efficient, and really friendly. Everything was unloaded and set up faster than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
I relocated from Miami, FL to Atlanta, GA for work. America First Moving handled my 2 bedroom apartment with care and efficiency. The crew was polite, organized, and kept me updated throughout the move. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
They were very nice and responsive until they cheat you. The moving teams showed up 4 hours before scheduled I was unprepared because I had a lot to take care of before the move. They demanded a $220 tip for junking a bed frame right outside the apartment. They didn't give me a chance to do a walk through after the move because when they called me to say they already left while I was at the dog park. I had to end up paying a smaller moving company to get all the stuff they left behind in my apartment the next day. When you call the back to complain they ghost you. Don't trust them with all that 25 years in the business crap they will tell you.
We moved from Albany, New York to Austin, Texas to be closer to family. With a toddler and a newborn, it could’ve been chaotic, but the crew handled our home with incredible care. They labeled everything clearly, which made unpacking so much easier.
We moved from Wichita, Kansas to Naperville, Illinois just before Christmas break for my spouse’s promotion. America First Moving stayed professional and patient even when our schedule shifted slightly.
