I helped my parents move from Pensacola, FL to Nashville, TN, and America First Moving was amazing. The team treated them with patience and kindness, explaining each step clearly. It made what could have been stressful completely smooth.
Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
Tengis and Brandon were terrific!! Smooth delivery and everything delivered with care. Great communication, they called the day before delivery to let me know of approximate arrival time, then again the morning of and one hour prior to arrival. Highly recommended!!

The crew arrived on time, wrapped every piece of furniture carefully, and stayed very organized while loading the truck. A relative of mine recommended them for my move; I was surprised by his testimonial so I wanted them to help me with my move too. They offer full coverage insurance and it is not expensive at all. I decided to hire this company and to me was the best choice. They are very friendly movers and made sure my furniture arrived in perfect condition. I feel I paid the right price for the right service.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
I recently moved from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Phoenix, AZ, and America First Moving went above and beyond. With my 3-bedroom house and a garage full of tools, I was worried about space, but they packed everything efficiently without cutting corners. They were respectful, communicative, and clearly experienced with cross-country moves. When the truck arrived, every box was exactly where it was supposed to be. Highly recommend them for anyone moving far.
