America First Moving helped us plan everything weeks in advance and stayed organized on moving day. The crew carefully wrapped our furniture, labeled every box, and kept us updated while the truck was on the road. When everything arrived, nothing was damaged and the layout was exactly how we wanted it.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
I would not use this company if my life depended on it. I would rather sell everything I own then go through them again. It took over a month after pickup to get our stuff which was covered in mold and broken. Every time we called the company we were hung up on or given no answers.
Thanks to America First Moving, I got their best services twice. All the staff, even the movers, were impeccable. They were not only the first to respond when I asked for quotes from 5 other movers, but they also had the best pricing by far. The movers were extremely careful with my furniture and used their time excellently. We heartily suggest them for an easy move!
