We moved our 3 bedroom home from Jacksonville, FL to Nashville, TN. The movers were incredibly professional and treated our belongings like their own. Safe Travels Moving and Storage really lived up to their name.

We moved our 4-bedroom home from Orlando to Atlanta, GA and America First Moving made it look easy. The crew packed our entire kitchen and garage, labeled everything, and took great care with our heirlooms. Delivery was smooth and nothing was lost or broken.
I was transferred on short notice from Milwaukee, WI to Kansas City, MO, and America First Moving took the reins immediately. They brought all packing materials, labeled everything clearly, and kept my electronics and monitors in specialized crates. Delivery was on time, and I was able to start my new role without any moving stress hanging over me.
This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.
I moved from Orlando, FL to New York City, NY, and America First Moving made the process stress-free. My 2-bedroom apartment included electronics, glass decor, and heavy furniture. The movers handled it all carefully, and everything arrived exactly as it left. Highly recommend them.
