After years away, I finally moved back from Austin, TX to Sarasota, FL to be near my parents. America First Moving was friendly, quick, and handled everything as if it were their own. Nothing broken, no hidden fees — just great people doing great work.

I moved from Orlando, FL to Dallas, TX after getting a new job, and America First Moving made the transition way less stressful. I was worried about my daughter’s bedroom set and a bunch of fragile family photos, but everything arrived in perfect shape. The movers were patient and kind, even when my kids were running around on moving day.
Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
Our move from San Antonio, TX to Phoenix, AZ went extremely smoothly. America First Moving worked efficiently while still taking the time to protect our fragile items and larger furniture pieces. The entire process felt very coordinated from pickup through delivery.
Thanks to America First Moving, I got their best services twice. All the staff, even the movers, were impeccable. They were not only the first to respond when I asked for quotes from 5 other movers, but they also had the best pricing by far. The movers were extremely careful with my furniture and used their time excellently. We heartily suggest them for an easy move!
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
