They were punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to protect my electronics and kitchenware. My belongings arrived in perfect shape, and I was settled in within days. Complete scam. They sent a third party to move my stuff, who demanded an extra $2500 to do the job, which I had to pay. I felt like I was being blackmailed. I had to agree to the extra payment because I needed to move my stuff ASAP, and they took advantage of it. Never had such a bad experience with a mover.
