Terrible Experience

So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.

Excellent Cross-Country Moving Experience

Please don't use them

Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.

A relative of mine recommended them for my move; I was surprised by his testimonial so I wanted them to help me with my move too. They offer full coverage insurance and it is not expensive at all. I decided to hire this company and to me was the best choice. They are very friendly movers and made sure my furniture arrived in perfect condition.
