I relocated from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Denver, CO with a 4 bedroom home. America First Moving handled everything — from heavy furniture to fragile kitchenware. It was a big move, but they delivered exactly as promised.
I moved from a 3-bedroom home in Port Orange to a house in New Smyrna Beach, and America First Moving did a fantastic job. They packed my furniture and electronics safely, handled my fragile items with care, and worked quickly without any problems. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

This company sold us on a so-called “White Glove Service,” which is exactly why we agreed to pay their much higher price — over $3,600 more than the competition. The service was specifically described to us as including: “Packing, transportation, storage, delivery, UNPACKING, and putting all items where they belong, with the exception of kitchen boxes. You won’t have to do a thing — just sit back and watch.” Delivery day came, and not a single box was unpacked. The salesman promised one thing verbally, then changed the wording in the contract so the company could hide behind technical language and keep our money. First, they claimed unpacking “wasn’t in the contract.” When I asked them to review the recorded sales call, they changed their story again and said “White Glove Service” is just an expression — not an actual service they provide. That is plain and simple fraud. To make matters worse, they offered us a $200 “good faith gesture” only if we signed a document stating that: • We received all services promised verbally and in writing • We would not dispute the charges • We would not pursue any additional complaints It felt less like customer service and more like dealing with a moving mafia. If this review helps even one or two people avoid this company and their deceptive practices, then they can keep the $200.

From the first phone call to the final box delivery, they kept us updated and treated us like family. Everything arrived safe and sound, and they even followed up the next day to make sure we were settling in comfortably.
I moved from Syracuse, New York to Greenville, South Carolina for a new position. America First Moving explained the process clearly and stayed in touch throughout the trip. My two bedroom apartment arrived exactly when promised and everything was in great condition.
