Relocating from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Phoenix, AZ for my company’s expansion could’ve been stressful, but Safe Travels Moving and Storage made it simple. Their crew was organized, friendly, and efficient. Everything arrived safely, even our large glass dining table.
We moved from Marietta, Georgia to Fort Worth, Texas after my spouse accepted a new management role. America First Moving helped us plan everything weeks in advance and stayed organized on moving day. The crew carefully wrapped our furniture, labeled every box, and kept us updated while the truck was on the road. When everything arrived, nothing was damaged and the layout was exactly how we wanted it.
I relocated from Phoenix, AZ to San Antonio, TX and America First Moving handled everything professionally. The crew worked fast, protected my furniture well, and kept communication clear throughout the trip. Delivery was smooth and stress-free.
If i could give zero starts, I would. This company is an absolute scam. Even though we showed him all the items in the video call for couple of hrs. They intentionally gave us a low ball estimate by reducing the cubic ft. On the day of pickup, they would argue about the cubic ft and the person who originally estimated wont pickup your call. When they estimate, they would do sweet talk to get the order. We had to pay additional 30% of the money since we dont have choice at the time of pickup. Whats worse is, they blatantly lied about not out sourcing - my move was handled by multiple different companies, none of which were professional or reliable. All of our Bi-cycles broke, some of the boxes were damaged. Initially they told they will deliver in 2-3 days when they want to get the order but they delivered only after 2 weeks. The guys who delivered made all of our carpet dirty in our apartment. We asked to clean it up but they didnt saying they dont have cleaning stuff and they have to urgently deliver something else. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want stress, hidden fees, broken promises and zero accountability. Total nightmare.

I decided to hire this company and to me was the best choice. They are very friendly movers and made sure my furniture arrived in perfect condition. I feel I paid the right price for the right service.

Delivery was on time, and I was able to start my new role without any moving stress hanging over me.
I recently moved from Houston to Seattle, WA using America First Moving, and overall it was a very good experience. The entire process was well organized and handled professionally from start to finish. The movers took great care of my belongings, especially my fragile glass table and bedroom furniture, making sure everything was well protected during the move. Everything arrived safely without any damage, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the delivery was about an hour late, but the team communicated and still worked efficiently. Overall, I’d give America First Moving 4 stars for reliable and careful service.
