My move from Key West, FL to Dallas, TX was a big one, but America First Moving handled it perfectly. My 5-bedroom home included a pool table and gym equipment, which they packed and transported with no issues at all. The delivery was on time, and the movers were just as professional at drop-off as they were at pick-up.
After years of living far from our kids, my husband and I made the decision to relocate from Phoenix, Arizona to Charlotte, North Carolina. We were nervous about such a big move, but America First Moving handled every detail beautifully. They communicated clearly, respected our timeline, and didn’t rush us through the packing process. Our antiques arrived in perfect condition, and the movers were kind enough to place furniture exactly where we wanted it.

America First Moving sent a well-prepared crew that worked efficiently while still being careful. Every box arrived intact, and the unloading process was organized and calm. They made a big move feel manageable.
DO NOT USE. Scammers and crooks. Any positive reviews are scams. Check out their better business bureau rating. Here are the facts: 1. Your price will double 2 days before the pickup. (Bait and switch) 2. If you want it within the 2-3 days you asked for delivery they will add $1K (no disclosure at sale.) Without paying this, expect items to arrive 3-4 weeks later. 3. Your items get moved on/off trucks-warehouse multiple times. Boxes THROWN on the truck in a pile. Zero professional movers involved. 4. Items will be damaged and totally LOST. 5. You won't be compensated. Your credit company can't help. 6. The people who sell you the contract will vanish; the service reps will blame you for everything. MY ADVICE: A cross country move will only go well if you do it yourself (UHaul pod serice is fabulous, 1/3rd the cost) or hire a prominent national mover.
Let me start off by saying we absolutely couldn't ask for a better less stressful service me and my wife didn't know how we were going to make this happen America first moving were very professional and understanding I assure you we had a million questions lol thanks guys we highly recommend them

Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
