We closed on our new home and moved from Greenville, South Carolina to Madison, Wisconsin in late December. America First Moving helped make sure we were settled before the holidays ended. The crew was respectful, efficient, and careful with every box.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
Our move from Austin, TX to Phoenix, AZ went very smoothly thanks to America First Moving. The team worked efficiently while making sure all of our fragile items were properly protected. Communication remained clear throughout the entire move.
