Let me start off by saying we absolutely couldn't ask for a better less stressful service me and my wife didn't know how we were going to make this happen America first moving were very professional and understanding I assure you we had a million questions lol thanks guys we highly recommend them
I relocated from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Phoenix, Arizona for a career change and needed a company I could trust long distance. America First Moving impressed me with their communication and professionalism. Every item was inventoried, wrapped securely, and delivered exactly as promised. The move was large, but the experience felt controlled and predictable.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
Moving from Jacksonville, FL to Raleigh, NC was emotional for us, but America First Moving made it so much easier. The crew was patient with our kids running around and made sure every box ended up in the right room. Truly professional and kind people.
