Several fragile items were additionally protected while transporting them. Everything was delivered safely and arranged properly. They spoke to me clearly and helped me all day long. The experience met all my expectations.
Awesome experience! We had planned this move for months, but on the day, it started pouring. Still, this crew remained efficient and professional. They wrapped all our furniture in waterproof covers, laid mats down inside, and made sure nothing was damaged. Exceptional experience!
So many hidden fees. Didn't factor in boxes in my initial quote which I vehemently opposed but I was assured my price wouldn't increase. It did - by $3000. Another $750 in packing fees despite me providing everything they told me to provide. I repeatedly told them I had a large piece of exercise equipment that needed to be disassembled. Assured no fee for that then tacked on for that as well as moving my washer and dryer (which they always knew I had.) Lots of confusion between who I pay - the foreman or the office. Foreman was pushy about me tipping his Craigslist crew - basically wanting me to pay their $19/hour rate for him plus tips. My initial quote was $6500 and I ended up spending almost double that. Oh and lots of my furniture is damaged but they got the hell outta dodge the second they finished. No final walkthrough. I'm now toting boxes that were clearly labeled where they should go but were not left there. Absolutely disgusted with my experience.

These guys were all-around excellent. They were so respectful and kind to us that we felt like VIPs instead of regular consumers. Their movers came and diligently moved all of our heavy, delicate stuff.
The entire moving experience was excellent. The crew arrived on time, packed and loaded quickly, and protected all my belongings. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and hardworking. No damage, no delays, and fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend this moving company.
What I liked most was how much they respected my time. They showed up right on the dot, worked without unnecessary breaks, and finished ahead of schedule. They didn't rush carelessly either; every item was treated as if it were fragile. It's hard to find that balance between speed and caution, but they pulled it off perfectly. I'm more than satisfied with the whole experience.

Really grateful to the moving crew for labeling every box, carton and crate with content lists. It was very convenient during unpacking for me since no time was wasted in figuring out which box contained what. Will absolutely hire them again!
Lifting my heavy sectional seemed hard to me, but the movers made it look easy. I found it amazing how skilfully they drove the truck in close quarters with no damage.
