I had a lot of fragile kitchenware packed up in boxes. I expected at least one broken plate, but everything made it to my new home perfectly fine. That level of care really stood out to me.
Thanks to Rick and his crew, the entire moving process was painless. They came promptly with all the required tools. Their wrapping skills were second to none when dealing with fragile items. They kept us apprised of developments at all times, which was a huge comfort.
So many hidden fees. Didn't factor in boxes in my initial quote which I vehemently opposed but I was assured my price wouldn't increase. It did - by $3000. Another $750 in packing fees despite me providing everything they told me to provide. I repeatedly told them I had a large piece of exercise equipment that needed to be disassembled. Assured no fee for that then tacked on for that as well as moving my washer and dryer (which they always knew I had.) Lots of confusion between who I pay - the foreman or the office. Foreman was pushy about me tipping his Craigslist crew - basically wanting me to pay their $19/hour rate for him plus tips. My initial quote was $6500 and I ended up spending almost double that. Oh and lots of my furniture is damaged but they got the hell outta dodge the second they finished. No final walkthrough. I'm now toting boxes that were clearly labeled where they should go but were not left there. Absolutely disgusted with my experience.
A terrific experience! My move involved 2 stops – first to a storage unit and then to my new house. Thankfully, this company’s movers organized everything perfectly, and made sure the right items went to the right place. Their attention to detail made my life so much easier! Many thanks!

Horrible customer service. They tripled the cost once they showed up and I shared pictures and measurements of everything…. Delivery delayed 9 days and damaged items and they won’t do anything or return phone calls. Don’t use this company!!!!!
The process of packing was never one of my favorites, and thus, I am glad to have received some assistance. Items were packed in an excellent way, and they were all protected adequately. It is also worth mentioning that boxes were properly labeled, making unpacking much easier for me. The entire process of transportation went without any problems. My things arrived safely, and the movers stayed positive.
When I booked Alma Moving for my office transfer, I was initially anxious because we had so many electronics and documents to transport. But the staff was professional. They labeled our boxes meticulously, separating sensitive files from the usual office supplies. The pack-up process was swift but never reckless, and none of our computers or monitors ended up with any damage. They also helped us set up some of the heavier furniture in the new space.
