Honestly, I wasn't expecting much since I booked at the last minute, but the service was excellent. The team arrived earlier than planned and worked steadily the whole time. They wrapped my fragile items without me even asking and double-checked the new place for where I wanted everything. They made a day I dreaded turn into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had.
Bubble wrap was also used to encase the mirror. On delivery, the contents were found to be in a completely damaged mirror and a dresser with a large split along one side. "Maybe you should have chosen better-quality furniture," the movers smirked as they responded to my questions. I was devastated by their lack of sensitivity and professionalism.
We moved across town with our two kids and a lot of stuff. The movers were amazing, especially when it came to handling the kids' toys and some of the heavier furniture. They were quick but still careful with everything. The team even offered to help with the setup in the new place, which was a huge help. It felt like they were really on top of things the whole time.
Even though it was pouring outside, they moved all of my possessions with extreme care, ensuring sure nothing damaged and avoiding annoyance to anyone nearby. James and crew were top notch. Move was for heavy office furniture from a downtown 5th floor Storage unit + added pickup stop, then to final ground storage unit. Efficiency of the move was flawless. I planned as much as I could to make it easy, but it really speaks for the care, experience, and thoughtfulness of the crew when it’s carried out even better than planned.
It didn't take the movers long to get to work loading the van with boxes and furniture as soon as it arrived. All of them were good ideas and very helpful. It took me twice as long to unload the truck as it did to load it because I was so careful not to damage any of my things or furniture.
