The movers were punctual, courteous, and diligent the whole time. Great appreciation to the wonderful people. Did I have any special requirements? They wanted to know if I was happy with everything. They double-checked the invoice with me to confirm completion before they departed. Amazing job.

Horrible customer service. They tripled the cost once they showed up and I shared pictures and measurements of everything…. Delivery delayed 9 days and damaged items and they won’t do anything or return phone calls. Don’t use this company!!!!!
Their efficiency and friendliness made packing our house a breeze. No matter the weather, they were positive and meticulous, even going to great lengths to protect our fragile belongings in their packaging. Because my large sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway, I warned the movers to be careful. Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them
They arrived promptly, did the job, which involved a lot of manual labor, and did it professionally. Moreover, their friendly attitude alleviated most of the tension connected with the move. It is also important to say that they charge quite reasonably and provide high-quality service; thus, it will be a good idea to work with them again.
Alma Moving was excellent; we had nothing but praise for them. Moving day wasn't difficult, although it had been very hectic for my sisters. After arriving on schedule, they packed the vehicles promptly and meticulously. I appreciate your assistance.
