This company offered excellent customer service. They communicated with walkie-talkies and handled the whole move very superbly. They put my paintings in strong art boxes and covered them in thick paper. They showed consideration for both my time and my possessions. Excellent service!
I only have good things to say about this company. Justin at the front desk to Micheal great moving crew, was committed to ensuring I had a great time. They let me add a third mover to the team even one day before the move, which was very last minute. All of them were good!

Because my large sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway, I warned the movers to be careful. Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them
