They provided white-glove service, which meant everything was meticulously packed and unpacked for me. They also offered unpacking services like arranging furniture and setting up electronics. We were moving across town but had a huge aquarium and didn't know how to manage it. We drained and prepped it ahead of time, but I was still nervous. The crew knew exactly how to handle it. They padded it properly, loaded it upright, and made sure it was the last thing out of the truck. It was a relief to see it all go well.
