Working with this firm was a pleasure. Their assistance was invaluable. I am a single mother of four, and they packed all of my belongings and assembled my sons' bunk beds so that I wouldn't have to. When loading and unloading, they treated it almost as carefully as if it were their own.
I already did a review about how bad they are.. an update is now is being 44 days and still have not received my stuff and they don't know where it is.... they told me to wait and they give a insignificant discount for the tardiness (like I care about that)... to this point I don't know if I will ever get my stuff... I've been trying to reach them without response... I tried their instagram account and they deleted my comment there and also blocked me... which means they have no intent to fix their mess..... I am to the point of getting legal advice....

It poured rain on my moving day, and I was sure my furniture would get soaked. But Alma Moving came prepared. They had heavy-duty plastic covers for my mattresses, waterproof tarps for loading and unloading, and used fast-drying cloths to wipe down furniture before bringing it inside. Despite the storm, nothing got wet or damaged, and they didn’t rush when thunder started rolling in. True professionals!

They were mindful about following the time schedule and did their best to wrap it up within that timeframe. Upon unloading at my new apartment, I found out that my jewelry box, which included items from my family, was missing. "We didn't touch anything small—it's probably lost in your house." That's the response I got when I asked the movers about something I knew to be in my dresser drawer when they packed it. Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.
