Their efficiency and friendliness made packing our house a breeze. No matter the weather, they were positive and meticulous, even going to great lengths to protect our fragile belongings in their packaging. Their ability to pack a truck so quickly astounded us, and we are grateful for all that they accomplished. Everyone should work with Alma Moving and these three men.

Terrible Service
Upon unloading at my new apartment, I found out that my jewelry box, which included items from my family, was missing. "We didn't touch anything small—it's probably lost in your house." That's the response I got when I asked the movers about something I knew to be in my dresser drawer when they packed it. Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.

Above and Beyond
When I booked Alma Moving for my office transfer, I was initially anxious because we had so many electronics and documents to transport. But the staff was professional. They labeled our boxes meticulously, separating sensitive files from the usual office supplies. The pack-up process was swift but never reckless, and none of our computers or monitors ended up with any damage. They also helped us set up some of the heavier furniture in the new space. If anyone is looking for a smooth commercial move, this is definitely the service to choose.

Happy to Hire them
The workers handled my possessions with extreme professionalism and care. Following the meticulous packing of all my possessions, they promptly assembled and disassembled my furniture. One major benefit was that there were no additional costs. They finished the assignment faster than they had anticipated.

Stunning Movers!
Lifting my heavy sectional seemed hard to me, but the movers made it look easy. I found it amazing how skilfully they drove the truck in close quarters with no damage.

Loyal Customer service.
Even though it was pouring outside, they moved all of my possessions with extreme care, ensuring sure nothing damaged and avoiding annoyance to anyone nearby. When I asked for a reschedule, John reassured me that they would handle it with care; they did so with remarkable elegance! Alma Moving is fantastic, you guys. Incredible worth for the price.

Humble and Able Team!
They shortened the time our company was down, and we were back up and running in no time. Getting from one state to another seemed like an insurmountable task. Alma Moving, however, recommended movers who alleviated a lot of anxiety. They took care of everything, made sure everything got there safely, and kept me informed at all times.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Called Hercules Moving Co but didn't realize they were only a broker. Gave them our info telling him we close on our home on Friday the 20th and he said he would call me three days before our move to finalize things. He never called. Movers came (Alma Movers) Saturday the 14th as scheduled and did really well. Worked hard and covered everything very well. While doing the paperwork after they were done they said it will be there in two weeks. I had told Hercules we needed it by Friday the 19th and he didn't say anything different. After a discussion with the movers he made a call and said if we paid 70%down instead of the 50% it would expedite it and we would get it in a week. I paid the 70%. We walked outside Sunday morning and there was a truck outside our house saying they were there to move us! The kid had driven his own vehicle 1000 miles to take this load! This all made us very nervous so Monday morning I called Alma and asked what was going on! The guy said he would check it out and call me back. Never got a call. I called again on Wednesday and the gal said we weren't expedited! I told her my conversation with the movers and she said she would check it out and call me back shortly. Never got a call back. Decided to send an email. She did respond to that saying she was working on it. We close tomorrow and have no furniture nor do we even know where it is or when we will get it. I would never recommend Hercules or Alma to anyone moving long distances. No communication between them and their customers. Very stressful during an already stressful situation.
