Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.
My sectional sofa and bunk beds arrived in brilliant shape to me! The moving crew were careful while hauling them down the balcony and secured them in the trucks with strong straps too. I will hire them again in the future for sure!
