We moved across town with our two kids and a lot of stuff. The movers were amazing, especially when it came to handling the kids' toys and some of the heavier furniture. They were quick but still careful with everything. The team even offered to help with the setup in the new place, which was a huge help. It felt like they were really on top of things the whole time.

Highly recommend!
The movers were really polite and worked tirelessly to get everything packed and loaded. They helped me disassemble my bed frame! The total cost came to about $9,800, but with the level of service I received, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service
The movers had to wear shoe covers since my new house had light-colored carpeting. They turned it down because they said it would be "too inconvenient." By the time they finished, my carpets had become dirty and stained. The expense of employing a cleaner was mine to bear.

FRAUD
Because my large sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway, I warned the movers to be careful. Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them

From the minute I made contact with Alma Moving, they were helpful, quick to respond, and reliable. They were able to give us a more precise quote because they came to inspect the house we were selling.

They also maintained a professional attitude throughout the process and treated our belongings with the same level of care that we would have used ourselves. The entire experience felt controlled and well organized, which helped reduce the stress normally associated with packing and moving.

It all worked out well!
Working with this firm was a pleasure. Their assistance was invaluable. I am a single mother of four, and they packed all of my belongings and assembled my sons' bunk beds so that I wouldn't have to. When loading and unloading, they treated it almost as carefully as if it were their own.
