Horrible customer service. They tripled the cost once they showed up and I shared pictures and measurements of everything…. Delivery delayed 9 days and damaged items and they won’t do anything or return phone calls. Don’t use this company!!!!!
They did not rush in packing but were sure to wrap all the delicate things safely. Everything turned up just as if it were in perfect condition. All through the day, there were smiles on the faces of the moving guys.
They worked efficiently while still maintaining quality and safety. Their dedication to customer satisfaction showed that they genuinely cared about delivering a positive experience.
Because my large sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway, I warned the movers to be careful. Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them
The firm was excellent all the way through, from the initial inquiry about services and pricing to the day of the relocation. The presenter was kind, comprehensive, and pleasant as he described the services and costs.
Applied for account more than 3 weeks no-reply, no response but in alma dashboard its say 48 hours, already email 3 or 4 times, still no response. Unsatisfied customer SERVICE Is this company still running ??
Upon unloading at my new apartment, I found out that my jewelry box, which included items from my family, was missing. "We didn't touch anything small—it's probably lost in your house." That's the response I got when I asked the movers about something I knew to be in my dresser drawer when they packed it. Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.
