Without stopping, they rammed it through, destroying my hardwood floor and removing the paint from the walls in the process. When I pointed out the damage, they remarked, "That's what happens when you have narrow hallways," while rolling their eyes. The company wouldn't pay for the repairs, so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on them
Bubble wrap was also used to encase the mirror. On delivery, the contents were found to be in a completely damaged mirror and a dresser with a large split along one side. "Maybe you should have chosen better-quality furniture," the movers smirked as they responded to my questions. I was devastated by their lack of sensitivity and professionalism.
