I had to move out of my old townhouse and into a new condo. The movers showed up right on time, packed everything carefully, and carried the heavy dresser without bumping into the narrow doorways.
The meticulous care they took in wrapping each item, regardless of size, was reassuring. They ensured that everything arrived intact, with no damages or losses. Upon arrival at my new residence, they were equally diligent, placing each item precisely where I desired and assisting with unpacking and organization.
They have done an excellent job every time I have used them to relocate in the past years. Their passion for their work and careful treatment of furniture—especially mattresses—made them my go-to movers. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Called Hercules Moving Co but didn't realize they were only a broker. Gave them our info telling him we close on our home on Friday the 20th and he said he would call me three days before our move to finalize things. He never called. Movers came (Alma Movers) Saturday the 14th as scheduled and did really well. Worked hard and covered everything very well. While doing the paperwork after they were done they said it will be there in two weeks. I had told Hercules we needed it by Friday the 19th and he didn't say anything different. After a discussion with the movers he made a call and said if we paid 70%down instead of the 50% it would expedite it and we would get it in a week. I paid the 70%. We walked outside Sunday morning and there was a truck outside our house saying they were there to move us! The kid had driven his own vehicle 1000 miles to take this load! This all made us very nervous so Monday morning I called Alma and asked what was going on! The guy said he would check it out and call me back. Never got a call. I called again on Wednesday and the gal said we weren't expedited! I told her my conversation with the movers and she said she would check it out and call me back shortly. Never got a call back. Decided to send an email. She did respond to that saying she was working on it. We close tomorrow and have no furniture nor do we even know where it is or when we will get it. I would never recommend Hercules or Alma to anyone moving long distances. No communication between them and their customers. Very stressful during an already stressful situation.
I already did a review about how bad they are.. an update is now is being 44 days and still have not received my stuff and they don't know where it is.... they told me to wait and they give a insignificant discount for the tardiness (like I care about that)... to this point I don't know if I will ever get my stuff... I've been trying to reach them without response... I tried their instagram account and they deleted my comment there and also blocked me... which means they have no intent to fix their mess..... I am to the point of getting legal advice....
They arrived promptly, did the job, which involved a lot of manual labor, and did it professionally. Moreover, their friendly attitude alleviated most of the tension connected with the move. It is also important to say that they charge quite reasonably and provide high-quality service; thus, it will be a good idea to work with them again.

Our family moved, and although it was a short drive, we had an overwhelming amount of stuff. The crew tackled it with zero hesitation. They categorized boxes by room and even separated everyday items from the others without being asked. We wholeheartedly recommend their services!
