The team provided competent and careful movers. They wore gloves when they touched my furnishings and were very careful as they lowered my bed frame down the narrow stairs. The crew's courteousness was remarkable.
It poured rain on my moving day, and I was sure my furniture would get soaked. But Alma Moving came prepared. They had heavy-duty plastic covers for my mattresses, waterproof tarps for loading and unloading, and used fast-drying cloths to wipe down furniture before bringing it inside. Despite the storm, nothing got wet or damaged, and they didn’t rush when thunder started rolling in. True professionals!

Bubble wrap was also used to encase the mirror. On delivery, the contents were found to be in a completely damaged mirror and a dresser with a large split along one side. "Maybe you should have chosen better-quality furniture," the movers smirked as they responded to my questions. I was devastated by their lack of sensitivity and professionalism.
