John and his crew arrived in a super clean truck with all the equipment needed. They carefully packed my antique wooden dresser, and secured the drawers so nothing would shift in transit.

Read More Amazed to see Alliance Van Lines doing what they do, they are the best movers I have ever experienced. My move was from TX to NY, my possessions contained some massive, over-weighed things in them. The team was of 6 boys, and each one of them was polite, professional, and hard-working. We made two stops, to a storage unit and my house, and everything ends up in the right location and in great condition. The packaging was so logically organized that I was able to easily find out my stuff while unpacking. Their price paid was worth every penny, and their moving help made me so in love with them. Highly recommended.

I have called f I nilly talked to a representative, who assured me the payment was on the way. Today is September 20th and no refund. I have contact the BBB and filed a complaint, to which they have not responded. I suggest you find another service provider.
