The crew packed each one with bubble wrap and foam, used separate containers for cables, and taped the remotes to the devices. Unpacking and reconnecting everything later was easy, thanks to their efficiency!

Read More I booked a move with a $750 deposit with Paul Levine On April 11th, 2025 for my daughter who was starting a new job. He was very responsive and accommodating and told me they could deliver her things in the first two days of May. I missed some she had for the move so contacted to add the items I missed and expected to add to the price. They were again very accommodating. Then I looked again at the contract and there was no specified delivery date. I called on April 14th and 15th, no one answered on the 14th and on the 15th the woman said they have a 21 day delivery window – its in the fine print paragraph 8. I texted Paul directly and it took him two days to respond. When I made the deposit, I was told they could meet my delivery needs until the after cancelation time then it was we can’t guarantee anything. I immediately told them that was not what I agreed on and I could not do the move that way. This was NOT what I agreed to.

Read More I have a bunch of oversized furniture, including a behemoth entertainment center, and was worried it wouldn’t fit through my old townhouse door. These guys came in, measured everything, then gently tilted and navigated the huge pieces out. They really knew what they were doing—no scratches on the wall or the unit itself. At the destination, they double-checked doorways before attempting anything. I liked how transparent they were about timing; they sent me real-time GPS updates. Unloading went smoothly, and they also placed each piece exactly where I wanted.

Read More I wish I had photos or videos to post; I /we have been too busy dealing with the mess that we were left with. Suffice it to say that when one of the delivery team was shocked enough to take a picture of the trash can that was filled with garbage and wrapped up and packed, that pretty much describes the experience. It is a good thing that our daughter and family were able to have us stay with them or we would have an astronomical hotel bill. Why? Because we had to wait more than a week for our delivery. If I ever have to move again, it will be with a different mover.
