Read More I was just asked to put in a review prior to the completion of my move and now I know why. The first leg of this move was smooth. The movers that arrived at our home were phenomenal. Raphael was excellent and his crew was very careful and diligent. After they picked up our belongings on Tuesday, June 25 they were supposed to arrive to our apartment in Colorado on the weekend of June 29th as promised by Leo Gomez. This did not occur. We received a call from their dispatch center informing us that our belongings were in a warehouse in Texas. We ask why and indicated that the 60% of the move had to be paid before they can schedule the next leg of the move. Essentially they were holding our belongings as ransom. We paid the amount and they should have scheduled but this is when their true colors were revealed. Leo Gomez never returned calls, texts, or email messages. The dispatch center was worse. After numerous calls Leo finally responded and indicated he has escalated to the dispatch center but it was out of his hands. The dispatch center never bothered to call back or even answer. Then we discovered the dispatch center is closed on the weekends which makes zero sense because moves occur 7 days a week. This has been a nightmare for my family. We finally received a call from the dispatch center indicating that they are working to get our belongings delivered to us but have yet to provide a date. This is completely unacceptable service for what they are charging. I welcome the owner to contact me.

Horrible experience. Watches and grandfather's wedding ring were stolen. Numberous items were damaged. Strangers pilfered through all our boxes. My golf cart was dented, ... Read More Horrible experience. Watches and grandfather's wedding ring were stolen. Numberous items were damaged. Strangers pilfered through all our boxes. My golf cart was dented, the seat was ripped and the windsheild was cracked. Moving bid was $4,800. After half the truck was half loaded they told me it was going to be $7,800. It ended up being $8,200. They told me on May 6th delivery would not be until between the 15th and 20th. I canceled my flight for teh 7th. They then called me on the 8th telling me the truck was deliverying on the 9th and if I was not there to receive it would be another 15 to 30 days. I booked a flight that day and paid a 250% premium. Repair to golf cart estimate was $2,877. Stolen watches and damaged goods were in the thousand$$$. Granfather's ring was priceless. After 8 to 10 hours collecting repair bids, finding website links to justify replacement costs of items stolen and filling out all their paper work, they offered me $500 total. They try to make you pay more once they start packing and their staff is not very mindful of your belongings or your property. would not recommend. They try to make you pay more once they start packing and their staff is not very mindful of your belongings or your property. would not recommend.

This is a scam. They are writing reviews themselves to artificially inflate them - look at all the people who are writing reviews. We used them for a move from Denver to ... Read More This is a scam. They are writing reviews themselves to artificially inflate them - look at all the people who are writing reviews. We used them for a move from Denver to Dallas. We worked with John who uses the same story every time he is booking you “oh you’re in luck, we have a truck we need to get back to x location - we’ll give you a discount.” Then they sell your move out to another company - which was Adams. Adams came over and doubled our quote immediately. There was no way we would’ve ever gotten the move done for the original $2k, it was $4k. They only accept chashapp, Venmo, cash so very sketchy. The only positive was that all of our stuff made it to Dallas - sounds like this is rare. They did damage our babies furniture, though. Read the BBB reviews for accurate stories of their practices.

Read More Highly inefficient company. They have our stuff with them and don't have any update on it since more than 2 weeks now. Everytime we call they say it's because our load wasn't alot or our route is too far. Isn't that why they charged us a ridiculous amount of money. I would NOT recommend these guys. If you want your things to be sitting in their storage for months without any sign of updates, only then hire them. Please I'm serious. They are extremely lazy. Do not hire them if you want peace of your mind.
