Read More I'm still waiting for them to get my money back from them! Almost a year later! Doing my research to file a lawsuit against them. Based upon what I can find thru records they are operating under 3 names and multiple addresses. Beware of 3 brothers Moving & Storage, American Way Moving, and American dream relocation!

Read More DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be put out of business. The mover hit my parked car with his truck when he arrived at my home, damaging the side mirror. He offered to reduce my total moving fee to cover the damage, which I refused since car insurance companies need to handle these sorts of events. When I called the company number, I spoke with their manager who was INCREDIBLY rude, and refused to give me the company's insurance policy number. He called me unreasonable and then hung up on me... My insurance company did an investigation, and it turns out that truck is not on the company's policy, and therefor their policy does not cover the accident. No wonder he refused to give me their policy number! I am now pursuing legal action to get them to pay for the damage. This company is not to be trusted, and is operating illegally. In addition, the movers damaged several of our items, including scratching our brand new wood table, due to poor wrapping and setting it on it's side for transport. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the two guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Read More One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Three men showed up in my home to move my furniture and boxes to my new address. One of them was incredibly rude and another one of them was very, very sick and stoned, and was in my bathroom for almost 45 minutes throwing up and defacating all over my bathroom. Literally there was poop in my bathtub. They scratched the floors and lost several items. Do not hire this company. Check the BBB to see further horrible reviews.

I finally received a text message saying I won't be receiving service and my deposit was refunded. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Unreliable, unprofessional, amateur people. I hired two movers on hourly basis last Saturday for loading and unloading. At the end of first two hours one guy has jumped i ... Read More Unreliable, unprofessional, amateur people. I hired two movers on hourly basis last Saturday for loading and unloading. At the end of first two hours one guy has jumped into his car and left without saying anything. I started carrying with the only guy left so we can finish the work. One hour later he said "he has some other work he has to go". without finishing the move. I called the owner he said he will send two new people next day - Sunday morning. Sunday morning I call and he texted back saying that no one is working on Sunday they will come back on Monday. Monday morning I called again, he says they are not available till Wednesday. They also broke the floor lamp to pieces. Deeply scratched the dinner table and book shelf. Dropped the couch to the ground while unloading. Stay away and avoid at all costs.

This company has gone downhill. While inside my home, one mover grabbed my Electric Bug Swatter. As I walked into my kitchen, the mover decided to put a frog on the Swatter to watch it be electrocuted to death. Another mover stood in my Livingroom the whole time and giggled. You can't make this stuff up!! My refrigerator and tool box were severely damaged. As the weeks have passed, we have discovered numerous missing items. So much went wrong! I was stunned!

Read More Furniture moving blankets were not used for large furniture. Have a large scratch on a $5k Amish made table and a huge dent on the refrigerator door. One of the brackets on the top part of the leather couch was broken where the top inserts into the bottom. Furniture was just left in rooms leaving us to unwrap the plastic and put where we wanted. I filled out a damage form day of move and was told I would be contacted. I was not contacted and have been hung up on when I tried to reach out for compensation. I would not recommend this company.

Read More Potential Customers Beware!!! I am the manager of a Self Storage Property. This company was used by one of my customers to move property into a unit. While here, the driver of the A to Z truck, hit the side of one of my buildings causing significant damage. Which he denied. Despite video evidence, the owner of this company has refused to acknowledge responsibility, knowing that if we cant get is resolved his customer may be on the hook for payment of repairs. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by this business owner and his employees.

The owner told me several times he would come out and take a look at it to see what needed to be done but after numerous texts back-and-forth, he never followed through with any of the things he said he would do. I am still left with a badly damaged fridge and no follow up from the company. I was very happy with the movers until that point and I’ve been very disappointed that this issue was not taken care of. I checked with the moving company prior to using them and they assured me that they had insurance. Very nice guys but I am very disappointed that the damage was not taken care of.
