Read More These people will take your money, and if you need a refund you can forget about it. I canceled on the same day that I found out that they were a broker and not a moving company. They have been lying to me for 6 months telling me that they are going to send me my deposit back, that they sent the deposit back to my old address! I don't know how these people can sleep at night with a clear conscience! LIARS!!!

Read More This moving company is a joke! Their business model is to quote low with the small print stating they can charge more once they show up. We gave them a very detailed list of our items, but one the movers arrived their costs went up an additional 45 percent. This is their model, this is how they work. Then, they sub the work out to local movers who didn't even show up or call the day we were scheduled. The additional charge has to then be paid in CASH! I can't say loud enough to stay away from this company scam!

All my jewels and clothes were packed in organizers, which was quite fine. If I ever need to move again, I will only use this moving company.

Read More This was one of the moving companies I have ever worked with. First, they were rude when they showed up to pack the stuff and then charged more than they quoted. They then apparently lost the items and would not tell me where or when the items would get to the final destination. All they would tell me was that it was in transit and that they would call me back, which they never did. Prior to the late arrival of the furniture, the driver threatened to not deliver the furniture unless he was paid in cash, which was not part of the initial agreement. Then the mover arrived and only one person was available to move the stuff. My cousins has to unwrap the furniture and fold the blankets, etc. Terrible company

They accept a credit card for the down payment but show up on the weekend and tell you they can't accept credit cards on the because their office is closed. Your told this after the banks are closed. They then take you belongings back to Georgia snd charge you a $300 daily storage fee. The customer service rep you call talks to you very condescendingly and is of no help, The rep calls you on Monday and tells you they will not accept a credit card at all and you need either cash or a cashiers check or you won't get your home belongings. They pretty much tell you that you should have read the fine print on the contract that they don't go over with you, They use second parties to move you but the mover staff are excellent and tell us they always do this to their customers, Fo not use this moving company unless you have them walk through first, have cash money or cashiers check to pay up front. Shifty company!

Don’t waste your time with this scam of a business.

They charged $2000 more the day of pick up. The day of delivery, only the truck driver arrived. I paid in cask and the truck driver comeback later saying that I still owe ... Read More They charged $2000 more the day of pick up. The day of delivery, only the truck driver arrived. I paid in cask and the truck driver comeback later saying that I still owe him $300. The other two guys never came to help. The police come over and manage to settle the driver to get the stuff out of the truck. We had to help the driver moving the stuff, nonmoney back. Worst moving experience
